I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city's business hub. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

The location was perfect, being so close to Spencer St station and the tram system within the city. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel overall was perfect.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the center of the city and within walking distance to city sights. there are several corner coffee shops nearby for a quick caffeine fix. The rooms are clean and tidy, providing a comfortable stay for guests. Some reviews even mention the excellent quality of the showers.
A few guests have mentioned that there were some maintenance issues, such as wonky towel and toilet roll holders, and wobbly wooden floor tiles.
